For organizations with a draft application that need a structured check before submission. We review the agreed documents against the published call, looking for gaps in clarity, evidence, internal consistency, and alignment with the requirements.
What the Paid Review Includes
The proposal specifies the documents, review depth, feedback format, and review rounds. Depending on that scope, you receive annotated comments or a written issue list, priorities for revision, and questions your team needs to resolve. A review is not a full rewrite or a guarantee that every requirement has been satisfied.
What Affects the Fee
The number and length of documents, complexity of the call, budget and annex detail, completeness of the draft, number of partners, feedback depth, and deadline. We confirm the fee and any additional costs before starting.
What Requires a Separate Proposal
Rewriting application sections, developing a missing budget, new research, translation, reviewing a different call, additional revision rounds, submission administration, and post-award support are separate work unless expressly included.
What We Need from You
The public call and evaluation criteria, current draft, relevant annexes and budget, submission deadline, and your main concerns. Agree a secure sharing method before sending confidential documents.
Initial Discussion or Detailed Review?
The introductory discussion confirms whether the call, documents, and deadline fit the service. It does not include a written gap analysis, line-by-line review, or evaluation of the full application. Detailed review is a paid engagement agreed in advance.
Where the scope includes a checklist against published criteria, it is an internal planning aid, not an official or predicted evaluation score. The funder decides the outcome; funding is not guaranteed.
