Business Plans and Financial Evidence for Immigration Counsel

Business plans, financial models, market analysis, and economic impact studies for investor and employment-based immigration matters. Prepared for counsel to review and use within the agreed documentation scope.

VAMA helps turn business information into clearly structured supporting documents. We explain sources, assumptions, and limitations so your team can assess the evidence and identify remaining questions.

The initial discussion confirms purpose, fit, available inputs, and scope. It does not include a detailed document review, research, or written recommendations. Those are paid services, quoted and agreed before work begins.

About the Segment

A Dedicated Service for U.S. Immigration Counsel

VAMA Consulting Group brings business planning and analytical support to immigration-related documentation. We agree the required outputs with counsel and the client, then develop the commercial, financial, and market information relevant to that scope.

Counsel determines legal strategy, eligibility, and filing requirements. VAMA provides business analysis and document support, not legal representation or an assurance of approval.

WHAT YOUR TEAM RECEIVES

  • Business documentation tailored to the agreed matter and purpose.
  • Financial projections with stated assumptions and source notes.
  • Economic analysis with a named methodology, scope, and limitations.
  • A defined review process and revision scope in the engagement terms.

Choose the Documentation or Review You Need

New documentation: commission the business plan, financial model, market research, staffing plan, or economic analysis listed in your proposal. The six deliverables below are a menu, not an automatic bundle.

Paid document review: agree the files, questions, review depth, and feedback format before we assess an existing plan or supporting analysis. A written gap analysis, detailed RFE-related business-document review, or rewrite is not included in an introductory discussion.

What affects the fee: document type and length, number of entities and markets, research and modeling complexity, condition of the source material, specialist requirements, review rounds, and deadline.

Included: only the documents, research, file formats, review rounds, and handover specified in the accepted proposal. Additional documents, changed facts, later RFE work, translations, or specialist studies require a separate proposal or written scope extension unless expressly included. Any third-party costs are agreed first.

VAMA provides business analysis and documentation. Counsel retains legal strategy, eligibility assessment, petition arguments, and filing responsibility. Forecast investment, revenue, and job figures are planning estimates, not achieved results or assurances of approval.

SIX CORE DELIVERABLES

What We Build for Immigration Attorneys

Every engagement draws from the same six-piece toolkit. Take what the petition requires.

01

Business Plan

A structured account of the venture, market, commercial strategy, operations, staffing, and financial outlook. The agreed scope reflects the information counsel needs to review.

02

Market Analysis

Research into market size, competitors, demand, and relevant industry conditions. Sources and dates are identified, with limitations explained where evidence is incomplete.

03

Financial Analysis

Financial projections and an editable model covering the agreed planning period. Assumptions, calculations, and any scenarios are explained so the client and counsel can review them.

04

Organizational Chart & Staffing Plan

Reporting lines, role responsibilities, hiring assumptions, and staffing costs, supported by relevant wage data where appropriate.

05

Economic Impact Study

Analysis of the proposed economic contribution using a methodology agreed for the engagement. Each study identifies its data sources, model boundaries, assumptions, and limitations. Projected effects are estimates, not achieved outcomes.

06

RFE Audit

A focused review of an existing business plan, financial model, or economic study. We identify inconsistencies, unsupported assumptions, and document gaps for the client and counsel to consider. Legal interpretation remains with counsel.

WHY ATTORNEYS SEND US CASES

The petition letter is your work. The exhibits behind it are ours.

We prepare business narratives, market research, financial models, and supporting analysis with stated assumptions and source notes. Counsel retains responsibility for legal strategy, petition arguments, and filing decisions.

The engagement terms define the documents, timing, review rounds, and any later support. An RFE or change in the underlying facts may require a separately agreed scope.
